3:40 pm central time and games still aren't loading I was due to take turns in a few games by this time, will those games be re set so i and anyone else who misses a turn not be penalized for missing a turn?

No one helping us out? I guess my torn ill be an awol. I don't know if other players in the board do have the same issue with this board. It will be clear in about 11 hours.
I'm really curious how a player like me can contact support. Doing this via this forum can't be the real way forward?
